 Following their disembarkation in Spain in 1994, Buquebus has reached an important position in passenger ferry and freight maritime transport on the Strait of Gibraltar, connecting the popular ports of Algeciras with Ceuta.
The Buquebus ship - 'The Patricia Olivia', is a high speed ferry and runs up to twelve crossings daily at peak, with a sailing duration of less than 35 minutes.
Buquebus can transport up to 590 passengers, 90 vehicles and 5 freight lorries per sailing.
